As a rule, 150dpi at final print size. A photo from a recent phone is fine up to about 60 x 40cm. The live preview shows a quality warning if your file will not hold up at the size you chose.
Production takes two to four business days, then delivery depends on where you are. Most Australian orders land within a week to ten days of ordering. Shipping is free Australia-wide.
